I guarantee that your polymer clay piece will be with you for a while! To back up this guarantee, I offer free repairs/replacements for up to 12 months after purchase! AND repairs/replacements after 12 months of purchase will cost up to $10 (this will cover materials and shipping!)

If you are to experience any issue with a polymer clay piece, I will replace that piece or repair it (depending on the issue!) All you have to do is email me with the following information:

• Purchase date (and order # if applicable)
• Proof of Purchase
• The piece in question
• What the problem is

I will email you back ASAP to get the problem solved. For any purchases less than a year old, I will send you a shipping label so that you may return the piece. For any purchases more than a year old, I will provide a payment option for the fee (not to exceed $10USD!) and then send you a shipping label.

Once I receive the piece, I will make the necessary repairs/replacements and get it sent back to you as quickly as possible. Its that easy! Simply email me at kirston@kikileestudio.com to get started!
