Shipping Policy
We have a simple, no fuss shipping policy that makes it easy for you to shop with Kiki Lee Studio!
Domestic Shipping (US)
All US shipping starts at $6 and is shipped via USPS First Class Shipping
Processing times are up to 4 days (unless otherwise noted on a product's page)
Shipping take approximately 1-3 business days
(Please note that this will vary during high volume shipping times such as during the holidays!)
All US packages are tracked.
All US orders over $50 will ship for free! The discount will be automatically applied during checkout!
Local Hand Delivery
We make local deliveries! Any location that is within 60(ish) miles of Dumas, Tx qualifies for a hand delivery!
All hand deliveries to Dumas & Etter/Cactus are always free!
Everywhere else is only $3!
Deliveries will be scheduled within a week of the order being placed!
For orders over $50, Delivery is free!
Simply select the Hand Delivery option at checkout!

Once we receive your order, we will email you with a processing timeline and get a delivery date and time scheduled!
Safety is our #1 Priority!
We can make the deliveries non-contact if you prefer.
We will be wearing a mask for deliveries, and ask that you do to if you feel comfortable.
If you'd rather meet up in a public spot for the delivery, we are happy to do that as well!
**Please note that we cannot leave these deliveries in your mailbox, as it is a federal crime, plus if the mail carrier were to find it, they can take it back to the post office and charge you to pick it up! So please plan to be home or meet elsewhere in person!
We will not leave your order outside of your home, as we will need verification that your order has been received. Please be sure to be available for a hand delivery, or choose regular shipping at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world! (Some areas may be restricted due to COVID-19)
Shipping to Canada and Mexico starts at $13
Everywhere else starts at $15
Processing times are up to 4 days (unless otherwise noted on a product's page)
Shipping takes 14-21 business days

We are working to find a way to lower these shipping times and costs, but at this time this is the best we can offer.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns on most products within 14 days of receival.
Returns are shipped at the buyers expense.
We can offer an exchange for a different item at the same value or offer a refund.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item back.
Purchases past 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom orders will not be eligible for a refund or exchange at any time.
If a product arrives to you damaged, we will replace it ASAP with proof of damage.
If your package never arrives, we will replace it ASAP.
